Fawzi Fares

Biography

Fawzi has spent more than 26 years in the IT industry, but the most important lessons of his career were never written in a technical specification. He learned early that the difference between a solution that works on paper and one that works in reality is almost always about people.

Beginning as a technologist who loved solving complex problems, he became increasingly drawn to the moments technology alone could not fix: misaligned expectations, unclear communication, frustrated teams and clients who did not feel understood. Those moments shaped his view that architecture is also about clarity, trust and helping people move forward together.

As a consultant and solution architect, Fawzi became the person teams called when work was complicated, sensitive or stuck. He translated business needs into coherent solutions, guided stakeholders through ambiguity and built the human alignment needed for progress.

His entrepreneurial path included co-founding CloudSense and leading the design of its CPQ and order management platform. The company grew from a small idea into a global SaaS business and achieved a successful exit, giving him direct experience of product creation, scaling, resilience and customer delivery.
