Useful things to know.
What are AI credits?
AI credits are the platform allowance used across AI-enabled practice, feedback, scenario creation and observation analysis. Different activities use different amounts.
Can Free users buy add-ons?
Free users must upgrade to a paid plan before purchasing add-ons. The 180 starter credits are issued once.
Do credits and real-time minutes roll over?
No. Included allowances reset monthly. One-time packs expire one month after purchase; recurring packs issue a new allowance each month that expires after one month. Annual prepayment still provides monthly allowances.
Can I change my included premium domain?
The included Pro Plus domain is fixed when selected. Additional domains can be purchased as add-ons. After twelve completed paid months you may request a change from support; approval is discretionary and at most once every twelve months.
Are Enterprise prices shown online?
Enterprise pricing and allowances are agreed for each organisation. Agreements and payments use direct invoicing, outside individual online checkout.
