The Team plan is designed for organisations starting from five paid seats. Enterprise programmes can be structured around larger or more complex requirements.

Can Skills Shift reflect our competency framework?

Yes. Organisation programmes can use custom skill domains, capability language, learning paths and scenarios.

What can administrators see?

Administrators can manage people and programmes and see permitted participation and progress signals. Private learner reflections are not automatically available to administrators.
